If you have a passion for watching TV shows, going to the movies or listening to music, and want to write for us, we would love to have you! Below is a little more information about what we are looking for. You do not need to be a professional writer, you just need to be passionate about what you are writing. You will be expected to post 2-3 articles per week, so make sure you have some extra time before you apply.
Movies: We currently only have one movie reviewer, so we are always looking for more. You must go to the movies often, and have opinion about the ones you see. We are looking for every genre of movies.
Television: ’ONCE’, ‘TVD’, ‘Awkward’, ‘Nashville’, ‘Teen Wolf’, ‘Doctor Who’, ‘Shameless’, ‘Army Wives’, ‘Hart of Dixie’, ‘Lost Girl’, ’The Walking Dead’, ‘The Voice’, ‘Real World’, ‘Hannibal’, ‘Vikings’, ‘Survivor’, ‘Men At Work’, and ‘Supernatural’ are all spoken for. However, we are always looking for more TV recap writers. If there is a show not listed that you are interested in writing about send us an email with a sample recap.
Some current/new shows we want writers for: ’Scandal’, ‘Castle’, ‘The Carrie Diaries’, ‘Pretty Little Liars’, ‘Arrow’, ‘Chicago Fire’, ‘Grey’s Anatomy’, ‘Nikita’, ‘Go On’, ‘Glee’, ‘AHS’, ‘True Blood’, ‘Dexter’, ‘Homeland’, ‘The Following’, ‘Beauty and the Beast’, ’Downton Abbey’, ‘Mad Men’, ‘Suits’, ‘White Collar’, ‘Cougar Town’, etc.
Music: We are looking for music fanatics who are willing to write concert reviews, album reviews, do interviews and other music related pieces. Currently the pop/punk genre is full. If you listen to music of a different genre and want to write please contact us!
