Bio: Phone Calls From Home was formed with the soul purpose to help people. The members include Dave Place (lead singer and bassist) and Zack Gowan (guitarist and singer) Jason Vieira (guitar), Danny Stockman (drummer). They have toured with a countless number of bands and even have spend the last couple years on Vans Warped Tour.
Why they are the band of the week: My favorite thing about Phone Calls From Home besides their good looks and great music, is that their music has a purpose. They strive to help teach their fans to have a positive outlook on life. They want everyone to know that they have a purpose and we love that they share such positive messages in their music.

Hillary and Rachel (the creators of HRC) have been best friends for over five years, but what truly seems like forever. They first bonded over their love for the same music and TV shows. To this day they have been to over 100 concerts. Together they have also watched countless TV shows from start to finish Hillary has a passion for reality TV, while Rachel tends to enjoy scripted dramas. Rachel also has a love for fantasy novels and continues to try and convince Hillary to read them as well! So far no such luck ;)
