Bio: We Are The Ocean is a four piece band from the UK. They have played hundreds of festivals and toured with hundreds of bands like: The Used, You Me At Six, and Underoath. In 2009 they went out on a 24 day headlining tour which sold out at most venues. They are releasing their newest album on September 17th called “Maybe Today, Maybe Tomorrow”.
Why they are the band of the week: Who can resist their good looks and charming British accents? We Are The Ocean performed at Warped Tour this summer and is also appearing at Warped Tour in the UK. Make sure to check out this great band in concert the next time they are in town.

Hillary and Rachel (the creators of HRC) have been best friends for over five years, but what truly seems like forever. They first bonded over their love for the same music and TV shows. To this day they have been to over 100 concerts. Together they have also watched countless TV shows from start to finish Hillary has a passion for reality TV, while Rachel tends to enjoy scripted dramas. Rachel also has a love for fantasy novels and continues to try and convince Hillary to read them as well! So far no such luck ;)
