Bio: Junior Doctor consists of Mark Hartman (vocals and guitar), Jarrod Kearney (Drums), Richard Peidro (Bass) and Terrance Donnelly (guitar, back-up vocals, and keys). These four guys all grew up with parents who were doctors, but instead of attending Med School, this quartet decided to form a band and called themselves “Junior Doctor”!
Why they are the artist of the week: I always have my eyes open for new bands with fresh sounds, and I was more than pleased when I found Junior Doctor. Not only did I instantly fall in love with their music, but I immediately shared their songs with everyone I knew. Their music is catchy and fun, and in-person, so are they. They were more than welcoming when we ran into them at Chicago’s Warped Tour. They might be small, but they are going places! Fast!

Hillary and Rachel (the creators of HRC) have been best friends for over five years, but what truly seems like forever. They first bonded over their love for the same music and TV shows. To this day they have been to over 100 concerts. Together they have also watched countless TV shows from start to finish Hillary has a passion for reality TV, while Rachel tends to enjoy scripted dramas. Rachel also has a love for fantasy novels and continues to try and convince Hillary to read them as well! So far no such luck ;)
